What are the washing/care instructions?We recommend washing our embroidered products inside out using the delicate setting on your washing machine with cold water.

How long will my order take to ship?With each drop, we will have a readily available supply of completed products that will be ready to ship. However, due to the custom nature of our team individually embroidering each item, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing.

Will my embroidered products look exactly the same as those shown on the site?Due to the custom nature of individually embroidering each item, each item may slightly differ from others.
